Using the Service
GuideMe is intended for use by dental professionals and authorized clinic or laboratory staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and case data you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Cases and Content
You retain ownership of the case files and clinical data you upload. You grant GuideMe permission to process this content solely to deliver the design services you request. You must have the right to share any patient-related information you provide.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, access data that is not yours, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
